Is archived free?
Yes. archived is free while in early access. Paid plans may be introduced later, but you will get clear notice first and will never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your records and images belong to you, you can export them as CSV or PDF at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data whenever you like.
What happens to my images?
Images are stored at full quality, exactly as you uploaded them. Hidden metadata, such as camera location data, is stripped automatically before storage.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Not yet, but CSV import is on the roadmap. For now works are added one at a time, and the filename autofill makes that quick.
Do I need to install anything?
No. archived runs in the browser and works on desktop, tablet and phone.
Can anyone else see my archive?
No. Your archive is private to your account. Nothing you record is published or shared.
